no by saying yes

say you will do it and not do it. Can be risky, not often advised.

no by counteroffer

a better version being "no by better idea"

no by negative sell

basically using reverse psychology.

no by leverage

say no because you can create consequences for the other person.

no by priorties

Say that you have something else that needs your attention right now.

no by constraints

Say that you don't have the bandwidth or availability for something.
